By accessing PDF4u or using our label processing tool (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Our platform PDF4u allows users to upload, detect, crop, and process shipping labels from platforms such as Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon. We provide automatic detection, smart cropping, and bulk label processing functionalities intended to save time and reduce manual effort.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all files and data uploaded.
  • You may not upload malicious files, unauthorized content, or any data you do not own or have rights to process.

4. Account and Access

  • Access to certain features may require user registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, illustrations, and technology on the platform are the property of the company or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive right to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of cropped labels. It's the user’s responsibility to verify final outputs. We are not liable for delivery issues, business losses, or damages resulting from incorrect label processing.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
